Warranty Terms
The products in our store are under warranty by their manufacturers or importers, and each brand's own warranty terms apply. We undertake that we do not sell any products on our website, https://www.yesilpazar.com.tr , that would constitute a violation of Turkish law, that the products we sell are non-prescription products, and that all non-prescription products are approved by the Turkish Ministry of Health and Agriculture.
Return Conditions
You may return or exchange your purchased products, provided they are unharmed, unused, and in good condition, and that they remain resalable, within ninety (90) days from the date of delivery, stating the reason. To return a product, you must comply with the return conditions below. Otherwise, we will not accept the product you send.
- Return or exchange period is ninety (90) days.
- You can send an e-mail to satis@yesilpazar.com.tr or call us at 0850 333 25 80 to let us know your return or exchange request, stating the reason.
- The product to be returned or exchanged must be returned complete and undamaged, with its invoice, box or packaging unopened , and any standard accessories. Otherwise, returns will not be accepted.
- Products that may be damaged in terms of hygiene cannot be returned or exchanged.
- When sending the product to our address by courier company, the original box must be kept to prevent damage.
- In cases where there is no problem on our side, the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost of any returns made at their own request. Return shipments paid by the other party will not be accepted.
- It is not possible to return personal care products if the box or packaging is opened or if the product is used.
The refund will be made to your relevant card within ten (1 - 10) business days after we receive the original box of the product without any damage and the invoice.
