The products in our store are covered by the warranty of the manufacturer or importer, and each brand has its own warranty conditions. We guarantee that we do not sell any products on our website, https://www.yesilpazar.com.tr , that the products we sell are non-prescription products, and that all non-prescription products are approved by the Turkish Ministry of Health and Agriculture.
Return Policy
You can return or exchange the products you purchased within ninety (90) days from the delivery date, provided that you do not damage or use the product and do not impair its resale value, and by stating the reason for the return. In order to return the product, you must comply with the return conditions below. Otherwise, the product you send will not be accepted by us.
- The return or exchange period is ninety (90) days.
- To request a return or exchange, please state your reason and send an email to satis@yesilpazar.com.tr or call us at 0850 333 25 80.
- The product to be returned or exchanged must be delivered complete and undamaged, with its invoice, box, or packaging unopened , and including any standard accessories. Otherwise, the return will not be accepted.
- Products whose hygiene may be compromised cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
- When shipping the product to our address, please ensure that the original box is protected from damage.
- In return processes, if the problem is not on our end, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost for returns initiated by their own initiative. Returns with payment on delivery will not be accepted.
- Personal care products cannot be returned if the box or packaging has been opened or the product has been used.
The refund will be processed to your card within ten (1 - 10) business days of receiving the product in its original undamaged box and the invoice.
