Delivery Terms

Shipping Times

Orders placed before 2 PM will be shipped the same business day and will arrive anywhere in Türkiye within 1-4 business days from the shipping date. Exceptions include areas designated as "mobile areas" by the shipping company, such as villages, towns, or regions where the shipping company only provides delivery on specific days. You can obtain detailed information from the shipping company or our customer relations department regarding these areas. Orders placed on Sundays will be shipped on Mondays. Orders placed on public holidays will be shipped on the first business day.

Fees

For orders of 2000 TL or more, shipping is free.

Orders under 2000 TL will be shipped to you with the current shipping cost.

Customer's responsibility for shipping costs.

In case of returns, exchanges, etc., shipping costs are covered by the customer.

Exceptions

In cases of product recalls, incorrect shipments, exceptional circumstances determined by the company, or if the shipping company refunds the shipping fee, the shipping fee will be refunded to the customer. Otherwise, no refunds will be issued for shipping fees, regardless of whether our company has already collected them.


Damaged Cargo

PLEASE BE SURE TO OPEN AND INSPECT THE PRODUCT IN FRONT OF THE DELIVERY PERSON AFTER RECEIVING IT.

If your product arrives damaged, you must have the delivery person prepare a damage report. With this report, please send the product(s) along with the invoice(s) and a note explaining the problem, using the same delivery person and return it to the sender's address with the shipping cost paid by the sender. If you accept delivery without checking the product, you will be deemed to have received the product undamaged and will be responsible for any damage to the product. In this case, our company will not be responsible for any breakage, damage, or loss to the product, and we reserve the right to refuse any exchange or return request.
