Delivery Terms

Shipping Times

If you place your order by 2:00 PM, your products will be shipped the same business day, and your product will arrive anywhere in Türkiye within 1-4 business days from the date of shipment. The exceptions are areas where cargo companies only operate on certain days, designated mobile areas, villages, sub-districts, or areas where the cargo company operates. For more information, please contact the cargo company or our customer relations department. Orders placed on Sundays will be delivered to cargo on Mondays. Orders placed on public holidays will be delivered to cargo on the next business day.

Fees

For purchases of 2000 TL and above, the shipping fee will be charged to our store.

Purchases under 2000 TL will be sent to you with the current shipping cost.

Customer Shipping Fees

Shipping costs for returns, exchanges, etc. are covered by the customer.

Exceptions

In the event of a product recall, incorrect shipment, exceptional circumstances determined by the company, or if the shipping company refunds the shipping fee, the shipping fee will be refunded to the customer. Otherwise, shipping fees will not be refunded, whether or not our company has collected the shipping fee.


Damaged Cargo

MAKE SURE TO OPEN AND CHECK THE PRODUCT COMING BY CARGO IN FRONT OF THE CARGO STAFF.

If your product arrives damaged, you must have the courier prepare a damaged product report. With this report, we kindly ask you to return the product(s) to the sender's address, along with your invoices and a note explaining the problem. If you accept the product without checking it, you acknowledge that it was delivered to you undamaged and that you are responsible for any damage. In this case, our company will not be responsible for any breakage, damage, or loss to the product and reserves the right to reject any exchange or return requests.
