Are organic products really organic? How can I tell?
All of our products labeled organic are organic. They are all certified. You can review their certifications on our website and trust us in this matter.
What should I do if my products are broken during shipping?
We ship fragile items wrapped in bubble wrap. If a breakage occurs, please report the damage to the courier, take photos, and contact us. I received the order, but I am not satisfied with the taste of the products I received, what should I do?
- According to the Turkish Commercial Code (TTK), there is no right of withdrawal for food, beverages, or other daily consumption items. We are very confident in our products and service. You can find our return policies here .
I want my product to arrive on the same day, what should I do for this?
- If you live in Ankara, we deliver the products marked SAME DAY DELIVERY on our website to you on the same day via COURIER.
When will I receive orders?
- Your products can be delivered by the courier company within 1 to 3 days, depending on the distance of your location. For districts and villages without a courier office, or for districts and villages where deliveries are made on specific days of the week, please contact us to inquire about delivery times.
I am not a member, can I shop?
- You can shop without being a member. However, for faster shopping and faster ordering for your next purchases, becoming a member will make things much easier. You can also log in with your Google or Facebook accounts.
I want to pay at the door, can I do that?
- You can easily pay at the door to the cargo company in cash or with your credit card or debit card.
